She was also a member of the Sagebrush Artist Guild, served as a children's ministry leader at Gooding Nazarene Church, a 4-H leader for groups in Wendell, Shoshone, and Gooding. You could always find her at the local Farmers Markets in Twin Falls and Gooding selling her carefully grown fruits and veggies from her own Garden of Eden. June was also a very creative cook... she could make a meal out of whatever she found in the cupboard or fridge and it was good! She sewed for all her family making clothing and later became accomplished a making beautiful quilts that were usually gifts for her children or grandchildren. June was an active member of the General Assembly of the Church of The First Born. Her faith in the Lord carried her through her life in the good days and the bad and never, ever wavered.
