Ian M. Hildon

February 6, 1961 — July 3, 2023

Twin Falls

Ian was born on February 6th, 1961 to parents Shirley and Anthony Hildon in Luton, Bedfordshire England. Ian moved to Cheshire, England along with his parents and three younger siblings Alison, Amanda, and Louise.

Ian joined Nantwich and Actin Grammar School to complete his childhood education where he met and married Jill, and went on to have his daughter Jenny in 1985. From his early teens, Ian worked in the dairy business, and went on to build an extensive and successful career in agriculture. In the early 90’s, Ian met and eventually married Lorraine who had two children, Daniel and Rachel from a previous marriage. They completed their family by having two more children together Sarah and Sam.

In 2008, Ian moved to the U.S. to advance his career. Planning on staying for a few years, Ian fell in love with Idaho and remained until his death.

His greatest passions were golf, spending time with his new granddaughter Della and members of his family, chatting with his grandchildren Georgina, Theodore, Grace, and Callum, and keeping in touch with friends and family from the U.K.. He also enjoyed singing his favorite songs with all his friends.

Ian touched many people’s lives in both the U.S. and the U.K. What a charismatic, intelligent, funny, and generous man we have lost. He was loved and well respected by all who knew him.

Ian passed away in the comfort of his home on July 3, 2023.
