Marilyn Olsen

August 31, 1939 — February 14, 2016

Marilyn Bennett Olsen, 76, left us on February 14, 2016 to join her heavenly father, her parents, her beloved husband, James A. Olsen and son, Andy William Pittman.

Shew as born to Lynn and Grace Parris on August 31, 1939 in Virginia City, Idaho. She was blessed to them Dec. 3, 1939 and baptized Nov. 1, 1947 into the LDS Church. She was an Idaho native. Her parents were farmers. She has one sister Glenda Merrill.

When she was five years old, she liked to gather rocks and throw them into the canal. Her dog didn't like her playing near the water and would drag her back to the yard. She then would get upset and bite the dog.
