Marjorie L. Bowman “Peach” 84, of Buhl passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021 at Cedar Draw Living Center in Filer, Idaho.
She was born to Emmrett “Dee Dee” and Joe Patterson on August 4, 1936. Later, she married Ernest F. Bowman of Buhl on February 14, 1955. They resided in Buhl where they built their life together and raised five children.
Peach and Ernie spent much of their time in the outdoors with family camping, hunting, and fishing. They also enjoyed poker nights, horseshoes, going to Jackpot and the horse races in Boise.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest F. Bowman; daughter, Tamara Bowman; brothers, Junior Patterson, Gene Patterson, Paul Patterson and Don Patterson of Twin Falls, Idaho; sisters, Betty Gay of Twin Falls; and Hazel Friend of San Jose, California.
She is survived by her children, Marilyn Fournier of Twin Falls; Deanna (Henry) Patton of Buhl; Mike (Becky) Bowman of Hailey, Idaho; and Jeff Bowman of Sandy, Utah; brother, Phil Patterson; sister, Darlene Lively of Twin Falls; eight grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Cathy and the staff at Cedar Draw Living Center in Filer for the exceptional care that Peach received while in their care.
