Mizael Chavez

October 28, 2010 — March 1, 2024

BUHL

Mizael Chavez was born October 28, 2010, in Twin Falls, Idaho. He left this world on March 1, 2024, due to complications from chemotherapy after a month's long battle with lymphoma cancer. Mizael lived a beautiful 13 years in his little hometown of Buhl, Idaho.

Mizael was baptized into the Catholic church and was a part of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Buhl. He attended school in Buhl through West End Head Start, Popplewell Elementary, and Buhl Middle School and was beloved by his 7th grade class.

Throughout his school career he loved to play soccer and even threw his hat into wrestling. Mizael was an avid video gamer who loved playing on his Nintendo with his friends, his favorite game was Fortnite and his close friends will remember him by his gamer tag of "Rattypony853".

Mizael was a beacon of what it meant to be generous, gentle, helpful, innocent, kind, pure, silly, and sweet. He was generous when he saw fit to be helpful, he was gentle and kind to all he came to meet. He was the epitome of what it meant to be pure and sweet from helping his mom as her little companion with anything she needed to never wanting to say a single bad thing about a person. To his family and friends, he was known as "Cha Cha, chiquito, mijo, Miz," and a plethora of other names to the sweet boys who came to know and adore him.

Mizael is survived by his mother, Blanca Nelly Chavez; his father, Fernando Chavez- Juarez; siblings, Florentino Chavez, Emanuel Chavez, Lisa Chavez, Linda Chavez, Paola Padilla, Valerie Chavez, and Evelyn Chavez; his grandparents, Teresa Granados, Jose Granados, and Edelmira Juarez; along with a long list of extended family and loyal friends, classmates and teachers, and everyone he came in close connection.

As Mizael is no longer in pain, he will continue to live his heavenly life through his families and friends' eyes; through birthdays, important celebrations in life, weddings, vacations, and throughout every single memory that will continue to follow. His family knows he will also continue his own journey without them in heaven as he watches over everyone he's ever loved.

With the love of his family and friends, we will honor our angel forever.
