Otie Burbank

Otie A Burbank, 92, passed away May 20th, 2012, at her home in Buhl.

She was born December 18, 1919, in Big Pine, California the daughter of Edgar and Myrtle McCain. She moved to Fallon, Nevada in 1931, and she graduated from High School there in 1937.
She married Paul Lofthouse in 1939 and moved to Buhl, Idaho in 1950 to manage the Sprouse-Reitz store. Paul passed away in 1952. She married Charles Burbank November 13, 1953. He preceded her in death in 1969.
She is survived by two sons; Michael Burbank of Buhl, Idaho and Patrick Burbank of Montgomery, Alabama; one daughter, Barbara Ann Voorhees of Buhl, Idaho. She has six grand-children and eleven great grand-children.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church and the West End Senior Citizens Center. She also belongs to the McCallum Club.
Graveside service will be held 11:00am, Friday, May 25th, 2012, at the West End Cemetery.
