Paul Ciocca

July 13, 1965 — January 27, 2017

Paul Edward Ciocca went to be with Jesus and his son, Boone, on January 27th 2017. He passed away peacefully with his family by his side. Paul was born July 13th 1965 in California and later moved to Idaho and was raised on a dairy farm in Wendell. He graduated from Wendell high school in 1983 where he not only excelled in being the class clown, but in football as well.

After high school he met the love of his life. He told people from the first time he saw her that he was going to marry her. He was right! Paul married Dawna Marie Heida August 4th 1988 at the Twin Falls Reformed Church and so began a love story that lasted 28 years. Together they had four wonderful sons, who have kept their lives busy and their hearts full.

With Dawna by his side, he started his own Dairy in 1990. Together they continued to grow their business and set the bar high as he taught his sons the value of hard work. His passion for his business and the great pride of his family shined through in every aspect of his life. In addition, Paul was thought of as a second father to many and someone that you could always count on in times of need.

Beyond Paul's passion for his family, he enjoyed being outdoors. You would find him hunting, boating in Pine, riding his motorcycle, or travelling with friends and family. Paul never shied away from a spontaneous adventure. He had an innate ability to bring laughter to everyone he was around.

Paul had such a magnetic personality, one that would light up any room he walked into. He had the ability to make everyone feel so welcome when you were around him; you just knew that he was sincere and an immediate friend. He made time for everyone. Paul was a man with a big soft heart, and a person who loved his family beyond words. With a great sense of humor, Paul made everyone laugh and also left people surprised with the things he would say. However, we all stuck around to hear the rest of the story. You always knew where you stood with Paul. A true friend, a great man, a wonderful husband, a loved and admired father, and a grin and sparkle in the eyes of his grandkids who dearly loved being with their Papa.

Paul is survived by his beloved wife, Dawna Ciocca; His three sons, Sean and (Sami) Ciocca, Russell and (Erica) Ciocca, and Anthony Ciocca; His three grandchildren, Wileigh Boone, Chaselyn Jane, and Hestin Russell Ciocca. Tom and Mary Heida. Jerimy, Sandi, Cody, and Blake Craig. Jeannie, Grant, and Jordan Wolverton. His brother Tony, Trina, and Brooke Ciocca. Grandma Annie Heida.

He is preceded in death by his precious son William Boone Ciocca. His beloved friend and mentor Frans "Doc" Aardema and Cornelia Aardema, and Sam Heida.

A graveside service will be held at the Wendell Cemetery at 10:00AM Thursday February 2, 2017. A celebration of life service will be held at The Stone House 330 4th Ave. South Twin Falls, ID 83301 starting at 11:00AM and luncheon will immediately follow at 360 Main Event Center 348 4th Ave South Twin Falls ID, 83301.
