Perry “Richard” Pierce

January 28, 1941 ~ January 14, 2021

Perry Richard Pierce, was born January 28, 1941 in Twin Falls, Idaho to Perry and Lois Pierce.  He passed away January 14, 2021 due to complications from COVID.

Richard was married to Carolyn for 15 wonderful years.  He was known for his willingness to lend a helping hand to everyone he knew as well as his beautiful sparkling blue eyes and boisterous heartfelt laugh.  He was loved by all and will be truly missed.  Richard dedicated his life to his family and GOD.

Richard is survived by his brothers, David of Buhl, Idaho; Butch of Buhl, Idaho; Mike of Cascade, Idaho; sister, Annette Sparks of Eugene, Oregon; kids, Rob Pierce, Jennifer Wilson of Odessa, Florida; Lieutenant Colonel Kevin Pierce of Fayetteville, North Carolina; and Shannon Ziegenmeyer of Boise, Idaho; and their spouses; grandkids, Karina, Kelsie, Kasandra, Grace, Emma, Austin, Taylor, Mikayla, Brendan, and Ila; and great grandson, Perry Joseph.

He was blessed to also enjoy and be a part of Carolyn’s family, daughters, Jessica Moore of Loomis, California; and Jennifer Kanne of Valdosta, Georgia; their kids, Jamie, Ashley, Sarah, Timothy, and Hannah.

Due to COVID-19 a private family graveside has been held for Richard.
