Randall Weaver

July 7, 1954 — September 13, 2014

Randall David Weaver passed away at his home on Saturday, September 13, 2014. He was born July 7, 1954, in Twin Falls, Idaho, the third of 5 children born to Richard Henry Weaver and Irma Rose Weaver. He grew up on the family farm and dairy and started his own custom farm business before he graduated from Buhl High School in 1972. Randy married Renee Perkins and from this union, daughter Brandee Jo was born.
He married Norma Christine King, September 24, 1982, in Elko, Nevada, and they had two children, Eric Randall and Tyana Pauline. They lived two miles west of Randy's parents' home and farmed some of the same land farmed by his parents and grandparents. Randy farmed and custom farmed for over 44 years.
Randy worked hard and played hard. He loved his family and prayed for them every day. He loved his church family and all of his friends. Randy thought it was so fun to tell everyone that he was "living the dream."
Randy enjoyed snowmobiling, riding dirt bikes, trips to the Oregon Coast, family trips to Pine, cruises to Mexico and traveling to visit his relatives. He enjoyed getting to see much of the West on his road bike, visiting Idaho, Oregon, California, Colorado, Nevada, Montana and Wyoming. He had many adventures and stories to tell.
Randy is survived by Norma, the love of his life for almost 32 years; his children, Brandee (Joey) Lopes, Eric and Tyana; grandchildren, Dylan, Peyton, Xander and Jax, and siblings, Rick (Kay) Weaver, Roseanne (Joe) Martin, Chris (Richard) McFarland and Charlene (Gail) Paulson. Randy was preceded in death by his father and mother.
The memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, September 20, 2014 at the First Christian Church in Buhl, with Reverend Marilyn Butler officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Farmer Funeral Chapel of Buhl, Idaho.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Valley House Homeless Shelter in Twin Falls or a charity of your choice.
