Raymond Louis Barsness, 94, of Twin Falls, Idaho, passed away Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Pattie House Assisted Living in Boise, Idaho. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 26, 2018 at the Farmer Funeral Chapel in Buhl.
