Richard Tommy Garner, 46, of Buhl, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2014 at St. Luke's Magic Valley Hospital in Twin Falls. A funeral service has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Farmer Funeral Chapel in Buhl, Idaho. A viewing has been scheduled from 9 to 10, prior to the service.
