Toni Gaeta went to be with Jesus after her sudden death on July 5, 2026.
Toni was born as Tomoko Urasaki in Japan, Fukuoka. Toni was not like most Japanese children. Toni had blond hair and blue eyes, the same as her U.S. Army father. She had never met her real father due to a prohibition against Japanese wives in the 1950’s during the Korean war.
Toni entered the United State after her mother remarried to Ronald P. Moore.
Toni’s early life was tough and full of problems until she learned English and became a United States citizen.
She worked as a telephone operator, a teacher, a radio personality and an amazing housewife.
She was kind, big-hearted and open to people of all kinds. She became the all-American girl from Japan. She enjoyed sewing and rock hunting and loved her pets.
Toni is survived by her husband, Charles Gaeta; two brothers, Tedo Urasaki and Tracy Moore along with their families.
Toni will always be loved.
She was a daughter to Jesus Christ and believed in what Jesus did for her by his blood on the cross. She was a good Christian woman and is assured her place in God’s Kingdom.
A public viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 21 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Farmer Funeral Chapel, 130 9th Avenue, Buhl.
