General Price List
These prices are effective as of July 5, 2022. They are subject to change thereafter without notice.
The goods and services shown below are those we provide to our client families. You may choose only items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any item you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff and Overhead

Our services include but are not limited to: conducting the arrangement conference; planning the funeral; consulting with family and clergy; preparing and filing necessary notices; obtaining necessary authorization and permits; coordinating with the cemetery, crematory, or other third parties. In addition, this fee includes a proportionate share of our basic overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs and equipment and inventory expenses. This non-declinable fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select.

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a public viewing. If you do not want embalming, you have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require it.

Reception Room Use
All receptions include a 3-hour room use fee; tables w/centerpieces; the service of an attendant; beverages; and paper products and utensils. The attendant will be responsible for all set-up, attention during reception, and all clean up.

Direct Cremation

Our charge for direct cremation (without ceremony) includes Limited services of funeral director and staff w/proportionate share of overhead costs; transfer of remains to the funeral home (within 50- mile radius); refrigeration; cremation fee.
**The crematory requires a rigid container for cremation placement. If you want to arrange a cremation, you can use an alternative container and not a cremation casket. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of material like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an inside/outside covering). The alternative containers we offer are fiberboard containers. You may provide your own container.
Immediate Burial

Our charge for an immediate burial
(without ceremony) includes Limited basic services of funeral director and staff w/proportionate share of overhead costs; transfer of remains to funeral home (within 50-mile radius); other preparation of the deceased; refrigeration; funeral coach; transportation to cemetery (within 50-mile radius).
This charge does not include cemetery fees, merchandise, visitation or ceremonies.
CHILDREN SERVICE PACKAGES
Still Birth to 11 months
No Service Fees. Merchandise sold at cost
1 year to 3 years
30% of the Service Fee. Merchandise at cost plus 10%
4 years to 10 years
50% of the Service Fee. Merchandise at cost plus 20%
11 years to 16 years
70% of the Service Fee. Merchandise at cost plus 40%
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
- Cash. Checks. (Checks are subject to electronic funds verification.) Third party checks are not acceptable.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express with a 3% processing fee.
- Assignable life insurance policies only after assignability and beneficiary have been verified by the insurance company.
- Policies under two years old are generally contestable and may not be in force.
- We offer a 3% discount on service fees for payments in full PRIOR to funeral service.
- Insurance assignments are not eligible for discount.
- Cash advances must be paid in full prior to the service.

Our Funeral Home makes no representation of warranties regarding caskets, outer burial containers, urns, or other funeral goods sold by the Funeral Home. The only warranties granted, express or implied, in connection with the goods sold with this funeral service are the express written warranties, if any extended by the manufacturers thereof. No other warranties express or implied, including implied warranties for merchantability or fitness for the particular purpose, are extended
by the Funeral Home.
Note: If you would like the personal effects (such as the clothing, etc.) please ask for them,
if not, we reserve the right to dispose of them after a 30-day period.
